professional Training for schools and Organizations

Utilizing our expert knowledge of behavior, our therapists work with schools and other professional organizations who may be looking for additional support to improve employees’ competency in behavioral procedures and to address direct behavioral challenges of the individuals they serve. Our intake process begins with a phone call or email, obtaining general information about your organization’s needs to determine if we would be able to provide the appropriate support. Next, our team schedules an on-site initial observation to meet with directors and conduct observations to collect data and inform our plan.

Our initial observation will last a minimum of 2 hours and will include:

• An interview with organization management to more specifically discuss your needs and goals.

• An observation and tour of the facility, including any individuals or groups of individuals with whom we would potentially be working, as well as meeting with relevant staff for whom we may be designing systems.

• A brief and informal summary of service and support recommendations.

Upon completion of our initial observation, we create a formal written proposal including specific plans for our services broken down by purpose, time and cost. We provide organizations with realistic timelines for change, outline the type and method of data collection, the roles of our team members and criteria for mastery of goals.
